BOOKING POLICY — 3-DAY EPOXY TRAINING Lock Your Spot Pay in full when you book. That’s how we know you’re serious. You’re signing up for all 3 days of serious epoxy certification training — not a “drop in when you feel like it” deal. Deadlines Booking closes 7 days before Day 1. We don’t do same-day sign-ups. This isn’t a drive-thru. Class Size We keep it small — 10 spots max. First to pay, first to play. Cancellations 14+ days out: Full refund. 7–13 days out: Half refund. Less than 7 days: No refund — we’ve already geared up for you. Need to reschedule? Do it once for free if you give us 7+ days notice. No Shows Ghost us on Day 1 and your money’s gone. Attendance All 3 days. On time. No exceptions. Show up late, you might miss hands-on time — and that’s on you. Gear Up Bring comfortable shoes and comfortable clothing you don’t mind wrecking.
